I created a Valentine's Day Box using the instructions from Tami White's site for the box here. She did a Christmas Box and I re-designed and made a Valentine Box! Hope you like it? (Thanks Tami for the great instructions.)
I added a little stuffie, you can't see it in the pictures but he has a cute little ♥ on his chest! I used Cherry Cobbler Core'dinations CS for the box. Cherry Cobbler polka dot paper from the Regals Designer Series Package of CS to create the lolly and Silver Glimmer Paper for the bow cut with the Sizzix Gift Bow Bigz™ L Die. The happy Heart day is from the Tags 4 You Stamp Set and I stamped with Cherry Cobbler Ink and fussy cut and then adhered to Silver Glimmer Paper punched with the matching Label Bracket Punch. I punched some little hearts in the Silver Glimmer Paper for accent. The ribbon is Raspberry Ripple Satin Stitched. I love Valentine's Day, trying to get an "early start" for 2014!

Fun Christmas Creations
I created some envelopes using the Envelope Punch Board (3rd size listed). I've seen these on several sights and Patty Bennett actually has a video on her blog on how to make them.
I used the Winter Frost Specialty DSP, added the ribbon (Bermuda Bay Taffeta Ribbon), one of the pretty Frosted Finishes Embellishments and popped in a Santa and Candy Cane (secured with glue dots), then into my little cello bags. My hubby will give them to the girls he mentors at the golf club. Oh, sorry, I didn't know he had six girls on the team and he wanted me to do these for them until after I "tried one of the caramel Santa's", good thing I had some Snowmen for back-up! Ha!Ha! You could play the little game with this pic' ~ which one is different?
Then I created some little snowflakes with some round peanut butter/chocolate candies I found (same size as Peppermint Patties).
Cindee Wilkinson had these on her blog made with Peppermint Patties. Aren't they cute. Just stamp the Snowflake from the Festive Flurry Stamp Set (I used Island Indigo), cut them out with the smallest Festive Flurry Framelit. I used glue dots to adhere to the candy, one for front, one for back. Added one of the Frosted Finishes Embellishments, popped into a small cello bag, done!

Tina's Birthday Card
I waited to post so I didn't ruin your B-day Tina! LOL!!! Actually, I've just been too busy...... This card idea is from Linda Heller's Stamping School that I subscribe to.
It's called Can Opener Card: Birthday. The little brad allows you to swing the senitment open and see the message inside! Very clever, don't you think? The card base is Island Indigo and the next layer is Pool Party. The designer paper is Quartrefancy Specialty DSP. The stamp sets I used were You're Amazing and Bring On the Cake. I added some rhinestones to mine. Also used the DSP to line the inside of the envelope. Tina got it in time for her Birthday and "liked it"! Yeah!!!! Hope you do too.

Wetlands Card
I saw an idea on Brandy Cox's site here. I didn't do the same textured background as she did, but the CASE was totally her idea.
I used the Wetlands Stamp Set and Marina Mist CS. I used the Marina Mist Stamp Pad and a Blender Pen to color the goose. Such a simple card, but so awesome! I stamped him on the card and then one on a piece of scrap paper. Fussy cut him out after coloring and used dimensional to attach to the card. Some layering, a little Baja Breeze Taffeta Ribbon (now retired -sorry) and viola ~ here it is!

Tina's Thank You!
My downline had to give up being a Stampin' UP! Demonstrator for now ~ the economy is very hard on all of us and especially those who have teen-agers in their homes. The good news is, she's still my "customer"! I still get to share all the Stampin' UP! excitement with her too....
I saw this card on Patty Bennett's site; Patty's Stamping Spot and it really caught my eye. I added a little bling to mine, but otherwise it's pretty much a straight CASE! Thanks Patty.
I've had Washi Tape for sometime now and hadn't really used it, other than to wrap around my iPad and iPhone charger cords!!! LOL! I used the Oval Framelits to cut the Gingham Garden DSP (one of my favorite sheets out of that group), Gingham Garden Washi Tape along the bottom of the card (so easy to do and then just snip off the ends). I used the Flower Shop Stamp Set and matching Pansy Punch. The flowers were stamped with Strawberry Slush Ink. The Thank You is from Sassy Salutations Stamp set and stamped with Black StazOn Ink. I used Rhinestones inside one of the flowers and one of the little Brights Candy Dots inside the other. The inside was computer generated and cut with the Oval Framelits. I also lined the inside of the envelope using Gingham Garden DSP using the Envelope Liners Framelits (love those little guys)!
Thanks for everything Tina ~

Shelby's B-Day Card
I CASED this from Angie Juda at Chic'N Scratch. It was her June, 2013 Stamp Kit of the Month. So cute! She has a video posted there too. The card is for Bob's Granddaughter in New Hampshire.
I just love the brightness of the Melon Mambo CS. The Happy Birthday to You is from the Label Love Stamp Set and punched out with the Artisan Label Punch. I used Melon Mambo CS and Ink. The Gingham Garden DSP was used for the flags and for the envelope liner. The ribbon is white stitched Grograin. I used the Envelope Liners Framelit to cut out the liner for the inside flap of the envelope. The front of the card was embossed using the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder. The inside sentiment was computer generated.

Thanksgiving Box
I found this cute box on Connie Stewart's site Simply Simple Stamping here. Don't you just love all the pretty colors. She did a fantastic job and has instructions including a video. She also shows some that she created for Christmas. Thanks Connie! Love CASEing your site. Thank you so much for sharing.
This is such a fun project! The stamp set used is from the Tags 4 You Stamp Set and cut out with the Decorative Label Punch. The DSP is Sweater Weather. The leaves are cut using using Autumn Accents Bigz Die. The ribbon is Cherry Cobbler 1" Ribbon. The leaves have been run through the Big Shot using several different embossing folders. Check out the tutorial on Connie's site, she makes it so easy to recreate!

Halloween 2013
I found these cute little Halloween Treat Bags on Becky Roberts' Inking Idaho site here. She comes up with the cutest ideas. I threw a few together to give to my friends at work.
I used Stampin' UP! Clear Envelopes (102619) for the treats and Halloween Hello Stamp Set. The first layer is Black CS punched with the Framelits Label Collection and the stripes are from Witches Brew DSP. A little Pumpkin Pie for one of the circle layers, Silver Glimmer Paper and Black CS punched with the Oval Circle Punch. Isn't that little witch just so cute. The banner is cut using Gumball Green CS and stamped with the it's all about the candy! which was also in the Halloween Hello Stamp Set.
Hope everyone had a SAFE and fun Halloween!

Seasons are Changing
Seems like yesterday we were celebrating the 4th of July! Wow, how time does fly.... now it's time to pull out the winter snuggies! Judy (my Twin) sent me the link to this cute card from Brandy Cox, she is just adorable. Check out her video and blog.
Just love all the Fall/Autumn Colors. Used Soft Suede CS, Very Vanilla CS. The ink colors are Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, So Saffron and Baked Brown Sugar. Stamps were Tags 4 You and Truly Grateful sets. Punched the Thanksgiving saying with the Label Bracket Punch. Just love the new Burlap Ribbon. Also added a piece of Natural Trim and adhered the bow to the burlap using one of the Vintage Safety Pins. Just love Brandy's site, adding it to my list of favorites to visit every (well almost every) day!
Happy Fall - Autumn....I can almost smell the turkey!

Thank You box
I found the video instructions for this box on Beth Beard's Blog; My Little Craft Blog. She has all the materials and instructions listed. I love the vintage look and this box is made with the Milk Carton Die (I haven't used that in a while...).
It uses Modern Medley DSP (one of my current favorites), Black CS, Baked Brown Sugar CS & Ink. The little Thank You is from Hello, Lovely Stamp Set. Also used Early Espresso to sponge the edges and make them darker. There is a large Basic Pearl in the center.
The box is actually pretty good sized, I'm going to use it as a gift box. Thanks Beth for the great idea!

Jeri's Birthday Card
This is the care I created for my great work friend Jeri this week. Sorry there are shadows in the pic' ~ but you get the idea???
I used Summer Starfruit CS for the base. The Happy Birthday to You! is from Cycle Celebration Stamp Set and the birthday cake slice is from Sketched Birthday Stamp Set. I used Summer Starfruit ink. The DSP layer on the front of the card and on the inside of the card flap is from Witches' Brew collection. I used the Envelope Liners Framelit for the liner and Deco Labels Framelits for the front and inside. The sentiment was computer generated.

JoAnna's Thank You Card
My daughter's good friend JoAnna made cupcakes for me for my Birthday ~ beginning of this month...sorry no pic', I already ate 'em all! Anyway, this is the thank you card (folder) I created for her to thank her for all her sweetness! I cased the idea from Patty Bennett, she has a tutorial on her blog, check it out ~ so cool to use the new Envelope Maker in other ways than making envelopes!
I love making the envelope inserts with the Framelits Envelope Liners, makes the whole thing really come together, don't you think? I used Gumball Green for the base and Cherry Cobbler for the inside under my computer generated thank you note stamped on Very Vanilla CS and punched out with Deco Labels Framelits. The front of the card and the envelope liner are from Season of Style DSP pack. Thanks so much on the front is in the Simply Sketched Stamp Set. Cut out with Circle Framelits with Candy Dots as embellishments. I used my Word Window Punch to punch out the label for the little file folder. The ribbon is Stitched Satin in Gumball Green.
Thanks again JoAnna, you made my Birthday EXTRA SPECIAL!

Perfect Blend Card
The Perfect Blend Stamp Set is one of my most favorite that Stampin' UP! has out right now. My Sis (twin) Judy found a tutorial (video) that Dawn Griffith has on her blog on how to create this gift card holder. I'm so lovin' it! Judy made one:
Then I couldn't stand it, so cute ~ I made 3! Check out the video Dawn has, gives all the instructions, measurements, etc.!
Happy Stampin'
Here's the first picture she sent me ~ so cute!
Then she used a clothes pin to make it stay shut....love it!

Daughter's Birthday Card
Happy Friday the 13th! My favorite day to have 9/13 fall on. My wonderful daughter Paula was born on a Friday, September 13th ...my lucky day!
Here's the card I created for her (my little Pittsburgh Steeler Fan)!
I used the new Thinlits - Label Card to create this card. The paper is Basic Black CS for the base and Modern Medley DSP for the stripes and dots. Since that paper was black/white I colored the white with Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write Marker so it'd be her team colors! The balloons were cut with the small Oval Punch and the Owl Punch (feet) and White Signo Gel Pen. (Patty Bennett taught us how to do this on her site...so cute!) I used Cycle Celebration for the Celebrate A Sweet Birthday on the front. The finally a day that really is all about YOU! is from the Really Good Greetings Stamp Set and I stamped the you! with Versa Mark and used White Embossing Powder, cut it out and layered it with deminsionals. I added some bling under it with the Clear Rhinestones. Needless to say, she loved the card! Oh yeah, and all the Steeler stuff from the Sports Store in the Merced Mall! Those people love to see me comin'! I ran the Daffodil Delight CS through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. The little helmet was printed on Whisper White CS and "fussy cut"... The message on the inside was computer generated. Happy 45th my sweet baby girl~

Jeri's Thank-You Card
Here's a card that I created for my friend Jeri. She's such an awesome lady. I saw this paper used with the new Circle Card Framelit on Dawn Griffith's site. I love that paper. Patty Bennett showed us how to make the cards longer using the Thinlit dies, so cool!
I used the Label Card Thinlits Die for my card. The paper is from the Winter Frost Specialty DSP. The base was cut using Coastal Cabana CS. The stamp set I used was a Hostess Set called Simply Sketched. The sentiment inside was computer generated and printed on Very Vanilla CS. I colored the bird with Stampin' UP! Markers. The Silver for the labels is cut using the Silver Foil Sheets.

Thank You Ensemble for a really nice lady!
I reached out to a co-worker last week to help me obtain the use of a Conference Room in San Francisco. Since I was not familiar with that office I tried to reach out to our Director's Admin for help. She was not in the office but left a message for someone to contact in the event we needed assistance during her absence. That lady was amazing, within 10 minutes she had a Conference Room reserved for my meeting. In turn I decided to create something from Stampin' UP! for her and here it is~
The little notebook idea came from Patty Bennett, she shared it at our last Luv2Stamp Group Meeting and if you click on her name linked above is her Tutorial. The color wasn't exactly what I wanted so I trimmed off the green around the closure and added a piece of Island Indigo to match my card colors. The Gingham stripe I created using the roller wheel with the same name using Island Indigo Ink, cut it and mounted it to the front of the card and also used some for ribbon tails on the inside of the card. The Thank You is from the Lots of Thanks Stamp Set and the You Can Never Have Too Much Happy is from the Yippee-Skippee! Stamp Set we received at Convention. The Flower is from the Flower Shop Stamp Set and I punched the flower out with the matching punch. The Card Base is Island Indigo CS with a layer of Basic Black CS and then the sentiment and decoration is on Whisper White CS. I used the Oval Framlits to cut out the center piece on the inside and the Large Oval Punch and Scallop Oval Punch for my name. Also used Basic Rhinestone Jewels to embellish. The Sycamore Street 1/4" Island Indigo Ribbon is retired but I had a whole spool of it and it matched! The tag on the front of the notebook was cut using Framelits - Chalk Talk. I used the Envelope Liners Framelit to line the inside of the envy and stamped flowers to match the card on the front of the envelope. I'll have my Supervisor deliver it all to her in S/F on Wednesday when he attends his meeting.

Easy Halloween Frame
This project is so simple and so amazing! I borrowed the idea from Chic n Scratch, that lady (Angie Juda) is such a genius! She has a tutorial on her site that shows you exactly how to create it! Oh yeah, also a little "advertising" for Wal-Mart .... $3. frames! All you need is your paper cutter and a package of the Witches Brew DSP and one of the $3. frames ~ it comes out looking so cool!
Sorry for the glare!

Birthday Card for my Sis'
Here's the card I created for my Sis' who lives in LaHabra. Don't get to see her very often but she's always in my heart and on my mind. She's the 2nd to the youngest of the six of us. Hope your Birthday is awesome Dee and your card got there in time!
This idea came from StampinTexasChristi'sU-tubeChannel . She has so many great ideas, love her site Stamp In Texas with Christi Beck. The stamp set is You're Amazing. I used Melon Mambo CS for the base. Whisper White ran through the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. The little flowers were punched with one of the Itty Bitty Stamp Set stamps. The banners were cut using Quatrefancy DSP. I used the new Candy Dots on top of the little flowers. (I didn't mount them on the brads like Christi did because I was going to mail it and wanted to avoid too much width.) I also used the new Envelope Liner Framelits' Die to make a lining for the envelope (love those Framelits)!
Happy Birthday Sis'~

Swap Card for Luv2Stamp Group Meeting 8-17-2013
Our Luv 2 Stamp Group had a meeting yesterday in Concord. Here's the swap I made (there were 22 people who traded), I received some awesome trades in return!
The top photo was taken by Vinnie Cespedes, she added to her blog and I thought her picture was much better than mine! Mine is the bottom one before I decided the green Candy Dots would look better than the brown! Check out Vinnie's blog, she has pictures of all the trades from our meeting. Thanks so much Vinnie, what a great idea.
I'm loving the Perfect Blend Stamp Set. I used Baked Brown Sugar, Season of Style Paper Stack and Cherry Cobbler Co'ordinations CS and DSP. For embellishments I used Candy Dots. The coffee & friends was punched out using the new Label Bracket Punch. The background Cherry Cobbler C'ordinations paper I ran through the Big Shot using the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder and then sanding it with the Sanding Blocks. I "fussy-cut" the cups and cozies!
I didn't win a prize for my creation but I was proud to trade. We have so many great Demonstrators in our Group and getting one of their hand-made cards is like Christmas!

Braylon's Wedding Card
This is the card I created for my Step-Grandson and his Bride for their recent wedding in Oceanside. We attended the wedding but didn't get to see them open their cards (they requested money in lieu of gifts). I sure hope they liked the card as well as the $$$! The wedding was beautiful and the Bride and Groom beamed with happiness. I pray they have a long and happy life together...
I used the new Framelits Envelope Liners which are available starting today in the new Holiday Catalog (see link on right) with Modern Medley DSP. The card base and hearts are Riding Hood Red CS. The Tux and Wedding Dress are Whisper White CS and I used the Adorning Accents Embossing Folder for the texture on the top of the card. Her dress was embossed with a retired embossing folder (sorry)...no longer available. I used Pearls to accent and a small piece of ribbon for the bow tie. The inside of the card was cut with Labels Collection Framelits and the message was computer generated. The Forever & Always is from the Loving Thoughts Stamp Set.

Guinness Book of World Records
This is the card I mailed to my down-line Tina at Convention to be a part of Stampin' UP!'s way into the Guinness Book of World Records as the most cards sent from one location! We made it!!!! Woo hoo! Hope you like the card Tina....
I used the Perfect Blend Stamp Set, DSP from the Season of Style Stack. The saying was punched with the Artison Label Punch and I punched two more to make a layered outline. I used the Regal Candy Dots to embellish. It was a fun card to make and I stood in line for 2 hours just to get it included in the mailing! The inside was computer generated and cut out with a Labels Collection Framelit.
Hope you get it okay Tina!
