Candy Wrapper/Treat Holder

This is such a cute little version of the Crackers Wrapper we did for Christmas using the Envelope Punch Board.  I added some milk chocolate hearts for the recipient of this sweet treat!  The idea and instructions are on Chiaki Haverstick's Stampingpro blog here.  Love her ideas, thanks so much for sharing Chiaki.

I used paper from Fresh Prints DSP Paper Stack (you don't even have to cut it down).  The Envelope Punch Board and Silver 1/8" Ribbon. I added happy Heart day using Real Red Ink and Tags 4 You stamp set with coordinating punch.  I also added a little silver heart punched out of silver Glimmer Paper using the Small Heart Punch.  Thanks Chiaki for making such easy instructions for me to follow!

Another Valentine CASE

I loved the way Diane Roberts created her Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge here.  This is my version, adding the love from the Expressions Thinlits Dies and cut using a Silver Foil Sheet.

I also added a Basic Rhinestone Jewel to the little heart that's in the circle.  The card base is Real Red CS and the Whisper White layer I ran through the new embossing folder called Decorative Dots which will be available as during Sale-a-Bration starting January 29th.  I followed Diane's instructions for the red strip and white strip with Real Red Taffetta Ribbon and added the little pearls like she did.  I used the Label Love Stamp Set and punched it out with the Artisan Label Punch.  The bitty hearts are punched with the Owl Builder Punch.  The one in the center of the circle was punched with the Small Heart Punch.  Thanks for sharing Diane, love your site (Score at Four and a Quarter)!

Perfect Blend Card

The Perfect Blend Stamp Set is one of my most favorite that Stampin' UP! has out right now.  My Sis (twin) Judy found a tutorial (video) that Dawn Griffith has on her blog on how to create this gift card holder. I'm so lovin' it!  Judy made one:

Here's the first picture she sent me ~ so cute!

Then she used a clothes pin to make it stay shut....love it!

Then I couldn't stand it, so cute ~ I made 3!  Check out the video Dawn has, gives all the instructions, measurements, etc.!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I created this little purse using the new Bigz L Petite Purse die that will be available 4/1.  As Demonstrators we are allowed to order it early and show samples as long as we don't show the actual product.  I made this for my Grandson to give to his teacher on Friday for St. Patrick's Day today.  Needless to say, he forgot to take it to school on Friday, guess she'll get to have it next week!  Boys!!!

I used Summer Smooches DSP for the purse and added a Garden Green piece under the handle punched with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch.  I made a tag using the It's A Wrap Holidays Stamp Set and also wrapped some Hershey Nuggets to put inside the purse with the same stamp set using Garden Green Ink Pad.  I made the little shamrock on the front by running Garden Green CS through the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and punching with the Small Heart Punch and used a small silver brad after I glued the hearts to a 1/4" circle.  The tag is punched with the Small Oval Punch and layered onto a piece of Brushed Silver CS punched with the Scallop Oval Punch.  Can you believe those little purses will actually hold 4 nuggets.

Happy St. Patty's Day!
