Boss' Birthday Card

Created a Birthday Card for my Boss.  I CASED this one from Inking Idaho, another one of my "favorites".
Becky Roberts has a tutorial for this card, makes it so easy to CASE!  She also has a link on her site to where she found it.  So much fun that all these stampers love to share~

I used Easy Events Stamp Set, White Colored Pencil, Petite Curly Label Punch, Cupcake Builder Punch (for the candle), Boho Blossoms Punch for the Flower.  I used the Natural Composition Specialty DSP for the frame.  White embossing powder on the cupcake stamp (picture didn't' show it real well - sorry).  The banner is punched from Tea For Two DSP.  I used one of the Antique Brads to help it be a bit more masculine?  Early Espresso Taffeta Ribbon for the little bows and the banner is adhered to Baker's Twine.

Another Sympathy Card for Co-worker

We've had way to many of these at work this year.  Here's the card I made to send.  I CASED it from Chiaki Haverstick again...love that lady's ideas!  Thanks Chiaki.

Loving Thoughts stamp set; Summer Starfruit CS and Ink,  Sycamore Street DSP, Elegant Butterfly and Bitty Butterfly punches; Flower Garden Embossing Folder; Pearls Basic Jewels. Ovals Collection Framelits.

Birthday Card for Co-worker

I wanted to make something with the new Dress-Up Framelits and coordinating Dress Form Pop'n Cut Die.
I CASED this idea from Chiaki Haverstick, she has some great ideas on her Blog HERE!

The card base is Midnight Muse CS.  I used Silver Glimmer Paper for the mirror (mock) and Comfort Cafe DSP for the dress, wall and Framelit Circle for the sentiment, I used the Best of Birthdays Stamp set for that.  I used some Sumer Starfruit Satin Stitched Ribbon around the waist of the dress and a Raspberry Ripple Dahlia for the center.  I also used Pearls for the buttons and necklace.

Sympathy Card

One of the guys I work with lost his Mother, this is the Sympathy Card I created for him.

I found this technique on Mary Fish's Blog, she even has a video to go with it.I used the new Elegant Butterfly Punch and the Occasions Paper-Piercing Pack for the butterfly.  The stamp set I used was Petite Pairs and Polka Dot Parade DSP.  I used the Butterfly Sizzlet and punched some extra butterflies to go inside the card.  I added a strip of the Polka Dot Parade DSP to the inside and on the flap of the envelope to bring it all together.

SmartyPants

I got these ideas from Stamping School.  Linda Heller is so awesome, you might want to think about joining, she has so many new and creative ideas every week.  Find her here.

Linda calls this the Double-Triangle Fold Card.  So cute and so easy.  I used Patterned Occasions (SAB) and Bloomin' Marvelous Stamp Sets.  Island Indigo Ink and Pool Party Ink Pads.  The paper I used is Whisper White CS, Island Indigo CS, Tangerine Tango CS & Sycamore Street DSP, love the patterns in that pack.  Also used Stampin' Dimensionals, Sycamore Ribbon & Button Pack, 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch and 1-3/4" Circle Punch.
