Stamping T Tutorial ~ Cupcake Oven

I recently purchased a couple of tutorials from Stamping T.  One of them was to make a Cupcake Oven.  I attempted to create it today.  I know mine doesn't compare to Tanya's, but she does give great instructions and the $2. I paid for the tutorial was well worth an entire day's creating!  (And I didn't even make the cupcake to go inside yet!).....Here's the link to Stamping T's site and the Cupcake Oven she created.  Thanks so much for the great tutorial Tanya and for the quick delivery on my order...

I had to use Bashful Blue CS instead of Baja Breeze because I didn't have any 12x12 Baja Breeze.  Isn't it cute.  I know hers' is MUCH better but I was really happy with my first try at creating this.

As you can see in the pic' I got to use the new Build-a-brads for the burners, bottle cap for the frying pan.  Also used was Crumb Cake CS, Very Vanilla CS, Brushed Silver CS, Window Sheet for the oven door window.  Patio Party DSP for the Oven Mit, Patio Party DSP for the 312 in the center of the top of the stove, Clockworks and Itty Bitty Bits Stamp Sets.  Lots of punches and Framelits and the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.

  1. Julia,

Your oven is just perfect! I think you have done my tutorial 'proud' and thank you for sharing your creation! This project has so many little details but it is a fun way to spend a day!

    Cheers,
    Tanya

    1. What a great compliment, especially coming from the originator. I don't know how you think of this stuff, let alone create a step-by-step tutorial! Thanks again for sharing.
