I found this on-line by Sandi MacIver . She said it isn't her original idea but she does give all the directions on how to make it. She couldn't remember where she originally found it (sorry). You use the Large Sizzix Circle Scallop Die, (I used Bashful Blue CS) the Perfect Polka Dots Impression Folder. Whisper White CS punched with the Eyelet Border Punch. Use the 1-1/4" circle punch along with the 1/2" circle punch to make the wheels and the spinner on the hood of the carriage. A couple of brads from the Hodgepodge Hardware Kit and that's it.
