Christmas Goodies

Here's another cute little treat bag of goodies using the Top Note Die and the Christmas Punch Stamp set along with Christmas Cocoa DSP. I used the Scallop Oval Punch to back the stamped image ~ I hand-cut the stamped image! (Aren't you proud of me Lene'e??) ... I gave this to my friend Jeri at work ~ she's been spoiling me rotten this week and I wanted her to have something special so she knows how much I value her friendship.
Christmas is sneaking up quick this year ~ I need to get my tree up! YIKES!!!!

Dasher Christmas Card

I'm sure getting my money's worth out of the little Dasher Stamp ($8.95 on page 208 #116816 in the Stampin' UP! 2009-2010 idea book & catalog). I made this quick and easy Christmas Card. I stamped it in Real Red Ink and mounted it on Real Red CS, punched the bottom with my Scallop Edge Punch and made holes with my paper piercer. The background layer is from the Specialy DSP Christmas Cocoa and layered it onto a Real Red CS card base. A ribbon of striped Grosgrain Real Red and it was done! Hope you like it.

Christmas Decoration Card

I totally cased this from Becky Roberts at Inking Idaho. I used Specialty DSP Christmas Cocoa and the sponging was Soft Suede. The pearls are from the Pretties Kit and I used the gold stretch cord and Brown Grosgrain Ribbon. I love the Ornament Punch, it makes doing these types of cards so easy ... just punch out 3 and glue 'em together. If you want to mail, leave off the pearls and it will lay flat in an envelope and when they open it up they can make the ornament stand out again. The other die cut I used for the background is another favorite, the Top Note Die.
