I finally made another cover for Kleenex Boxes. I saw it on Laurie's Stampin' Spot some time ago. I used the same DSP that she did (Botanical Gazette). Just love the soft colors. The basic box was done with Pacific Point CS. Hope you like it!
The instructions for the box can be found at Splitcoast Stampers (just click the link and it'll take you there).
Since I got my computer going again they changed me from Internet Explorer to Firefox ~ some getting used to, especially in how I need to transform my pictures to show up better than just an x! LOL!!

Shadow Box

I found this shadow box tutorial on Sharon Field's site. Not sure the picture does it justice, but it comes out soooOOO cute. I used the Just Believe Stamp Set along with a butterfly punched from the Sizzlets die Embosslits Beautiful Wings. Added some Linen Thread for it's body and tenicles. I also used the Square Scallop Clear Sizzix Die for the window and inside piece of Very Vanilla CS. I used some flowers from the Pretties Kit that I sponged and colored with the Pacific Point Classic Stamp Pad and Marker. The center of the flower is a brad from the new Antique Brads. The window is Clear Sheets and check Sharon's site above for a step-by-step tutorial. Can't see the stand in the picture but she also gives instructions for an easel stand to make the box stand up. Very cool!

Best Wishes
Another Brother-in-law Birthday. I used the Tropical Party, Perfect Punches and Short & Sweet Stamp Sets. I colored the image with water color pencils. The base card is Pacific Point CS, along with the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch and the layers of DSP are from the Sweet and Sour Specialty DSP pack. I used Whisper White for the "Best Wishes" and punched with the Oval Scallop and Large Oval Punches.

Hope he likes it! Keep on Stampin' ~ Big hugs, Jul~
