This card was made with the new Stampin' Up! Melon Mambo paper with matching Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon. I used the Big Shot with the Curly Label Bigz Die and one of the new Punch Windows Movers and Shapers (Scallop). The idea is from StampingSchool.com. ~ I stamped the cardstock using one of the stamps from the new set called Razzle Dazzle. Used Versamark and clear embossing powder.

Happy Birthday Card
