Snowman Light

These come out so cute.  I got the instructions from Inking Idaho.  Check it out if you'd like to make some!

You use the litte tea lights that are battery operated.  Add some Gumball Green for the cap, along with Cherry Cobbler CS, use the Large Oval Punch and the Itty Bitty Punch Set Circle a little of the Cherry Cobbler Sweater Trim Ribbon for his scarf.  Run the cap through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.  For his face I colored some Basic Pearls with a Black Sharpie.  On the backside you punch a scallop circle and use the Itty Bitty Punch Pack Circle to cut out where the on/off switch goes.  SoooOOO cute!

Grad Box

I created this Graduation Box for a friend's High School Grad Party.  I used the invitation they sent to cut out the pictures, 2011 & name.  I used Basic Black CS for the Box and the Red Glimmer Paper to decorate.  Also used the Large Scallop Punch, Small Oval Punch and Medium Oval Punch.  I put his gift inside.

Tina's B-Day Card

Yesterday was my friend Tina's Birthday.  I made a card for her like the one I did for my Step-Daughter-in-law on 11/28 (see posting below).  The instructions I got from StampingSchool.com.  I know she liked it, she sent me a text message to let me know!

This one I used more pearls on and the Soft Suede strip across the middle I punched with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch.

Pick-up Happy Birthday

I copied my Sis' Judy's Pick-Up card to make this Birthday card, she found the idea at Lisa Young's site here.  I added a moon to mine...makes it kinda romantic!
I used Old Olive CS for the landscape and Soft Suede CS for the card base.  The happy birthday is from the Perfect Punches Stamp Set and punched with the Large Oval Punch and sponged with Soft Suede Ink.  I made the moon by sponging a pice of Very Vanilla CS and punching with the 1-1/4" Round Punch to make a sliver of a moon.  The ribbon is Pear Pizzaz Stitched Poly.  The pick-up is from the Countryside Stamp Set on Water Color Paper and I colored it with pencils and the blender pen.

I'm batty for you!

Here's a cute little Halloween creations that encourages hand cleaning ... the little bottle inside is hand santitizer! This idea came from Pink Buckaroo Designs. What a cute idea. I used Old Olive CS for the container holder, Batty For You Stamp Set for the Owl, Circle punches along with Scallop Circle Punch. The paper is from Jolly Holiday DSP (amazing how Christmas DSP can subsitute for Halloween?)... Black Satin Ribbon, Large Oval Punch, Dimensionals... check her site for the tutorial. Also check my friend Tina's site for her version ~ great job Tina!!!

Best Wishes

Another Brother-in-law Birthday. I used the Tropical Party, Perfect Punches and Short & Sweet Stamp Sets. I colored the image with water color pencils. The base card is Pacific Point CS, along with the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch and the layers of DSP are from the Sweet and Sour Specialty DSP pack. I used Whisper White for the "Best Wishes" and punched with the Oval Scallop and Large Oval Punches.

Hope he likes it! Keep on Stampin' ~ Big hugs, Jul~

Girl Birthday

I received the blender pens with my demonstrator kit and have never used them. I read somewhere that you are supposed to use them with Stampin' Write Markers and Watercolor Paper. Wow, I'm so glad I saw that tip!

I won't name all the colors of pens I used, the background layer is Pink Pirouette CS ran through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Impression Folder layered onto Melon Mambo CS. I added 4 of the new Basic Pearl Jewels to the corners that I punched with the Ticket Corner Punch. The little girls are from the new set The Nicest Things and the Happy Birthday is from the Perfect Punches Stamp Set. I cut it with the Large Oval Punch. I used deminsionals to mount it onto the card.

Shirt Dress & Brief Case (Cased)

Well, I cased another project from Jackie Topa at Addicted to Stamping, she gives so many awesome tutorials, you just have to visit her site!

I used different DSP than she did and punched my little flower from the Boho Blossom Punch, her instructions give you step-by-step instructions on creating this awesome dress and brief case.

I used Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon for the belt, a buckle from the Hodgepodge Hardware Kit for the buckle on the belt and the briefcase. I sponged Early Espresso around the edges of the dress and all the parts of the briefcase. The Congratulations is from the Well Scripted Stamp Set and best wishes is from the Short & Sweet Stamp Set.
I know this is the 3rd creation in a row that I've cased from Jackie Topia, but her creations are just to cute to resist. Thanks for sharing Jackie!

Fall Box

My good friend Tina sent this link http://clearlyistamp.typepad.com/my_weblog/2009/10/altered-candles-and-a-gift-box.html I created my own design and added the oval window instead of a square one like she had. I used the Rich Razzleberry CS for the Box and covered it with Autumn Meadows DSP and I used the Bashful Blue Tafetta Ribbon. I stamped the leaf and acorn from the Autumn Splender Stamp Set and cut them out and sprayed with a mixture of alcohol and a few drops of the Champagne Mist All Purpose Ink. I don't think the picture shows the shine but it sure makes those leaves pretty. I used the large oval punch for the window and inserted a piece of clear window sheet for the opening.

Friend Box

I made this little box using 4 of the Bigz Scallop Envelopes and cutting one side off and attaching them all together. the front I used the large oval punch and then put sticky strip on the back, a 12" piece of DSP punched with the scallop edge punch and run through the crimper to allow me to gather it and adhere around the oval. This is another technique I found on the Workshop Wow DVD that I purchased at Convention.
